Terms of Service for Panection Business Software

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Panection Business Software (“Panection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Panection platform, available at panection.com and its related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Panection Service is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. By clicking “I Agree,” completing the registration process, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding legal contract with Panection. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Panection provides a cloud-based, all-in-one business management platform designed to help organizations streamline their operations. The Service includes integrated tools for customer relationship management (CRM), project and task management, workflow automation, financial operations (including invoicing and expense tracking), human resources management, team collaboration, and AI-powered productivity features. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time to improve performance, security, or user experience.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information with any third party and to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or infringing content.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service’s AI features to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Panection or any third party.
5. AI Services Disclaimer
The Service may include AI-powered features that generate summaries, suggestions, or other content based on your input data. These outputs are automated and provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific context. You retain full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and exercising your own judgment regarding any AI-generated output before acting on it.
6. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Access to the Service is offered through various subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand through your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Panection. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service.
8. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data and business information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination of Service
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panection Business Software is primarily operated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
